Marcel Meyer received vocational training in dramatic art from the Pro Arte High School in Pretoria and graduated, cum laude, with a degree in Musical Theatre from the Tshwane University of Technology. Along with Fred Abrahamse, Marcel is a co-founder and co-artistic director of Abrahamse & Meyer Productions, an independent theatre company which regularly performs on stages across South Africa, Europe, and the United States.
