Zolani Teasure Star Shangase is a Pietermaritzburg born director, writer, performing artist and digital content creator. He received formal training at TUT in the musical theatre department. He is a Director at Madevu Entertainment, an independent company focused on collaboration between young creatives, developing new works & innovating for the future. In 2020 Madevu Entertainment secured a residency with UJ arts & Culture to develop a new play with music which will be performed for a short run in 2022.
